Adminstrative Assistant Position
Location: Melville, NY
Position Summary:
Responsible to provide clerical support to the National Director of Marketing and Sales to assist with Marketing Events, New Business Proposals and liaison between national director and client base.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison to National Director of Marketing and Sales to act as liaison with national accounts and government entities.
- Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, projects, correspondence and meetings for National Director of Marketing and Sales and/or administrative functions as requested.
- Provide the maintenance of files and coordination with others to avoid duplications.
- Coordinate assignment and completion and delivery of all projects overseen by the National Director of Marketing and Sales.
- Follow up on delegated assignments to operation managers and/or sales personnel.
- Maintain all contracts for physicians, including the drafting of new contracts and make sure all documents are current.
- Work hours are 9am to 5pm with the ability to work overtime and flexibility as required.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist with follow up of printing vendors for marketing brochures.
- Assist with coordination of marketing events.
- Assist in preparing and drafting RFPS as directed by National Director of Marketing and Sales.
- Assist in legislative research and compliance issues.
- AA Degree in Business Administration and/or other professional discipline plus at least 2 years experience in similar.
- Willing to participate in continuing education/training each year.
- Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required).
