- Support Claim Services, Inc. takes the work out of obtaining MRI/X-RAY films/CDs and follow-up.
- SCS has on-line radiological review referral.
- Radiology team reviews referral, obtains required authorizations and bill of particulars (BOP).
- Our radiology team contacts the radiological facility to obtain pricing, pay the fees (certified mail/return receipt); follow up for receipt.
- Arranges pick up of films from the MRI facility or hospitals and delivers to the reviewing radiologist.
- The radiologist prepares an original report and forwards via ECF to the SCS Quality Assurance Unit.
- Reports are promptly submitted electronically to claims examiners and clients in a timely manner.
- The hard copy reports and films are delivered to our clients.
